2018

The Dream Begins

Sophie and Laurent Dubois, passionate about traditional French baking, decided to leave their corporate careers to pursue their dream of opening an artisanal bakery in Béziers.

2019

Finding Our Home

After months of searching, we discovered the perfect location on Avenue Maréchal Foch. The charming 19th-century building spoke to us with its authentic French character.

2020

Opening Day

Despite challenging times, Boulangerie Gaia opened its doors for the first time. The community's warm welcome exceeded all our expectations.

2021

Growing Family

We expanded our team with skilled bakers and introduced new specialties, including our famous pain de campagne and seasonal pastries.

Community Recognition

Awarded "Best Local Bakery" by Béziers Tourism Board. Our commitment to quality and community became widely recognized.
